How do we get to Oarsman’s Bay Lodge?
You will arrive to Nacula Tikina either by Yasawa Flyer or Turtle Airways Seaplane and Joe’s Water taxi will ferry you to the magnificent resort. You will be able to access the ‘Flyer’ or the ‘flying contraption’ from the Denarau area in Nadi. The water taxi is available for connections for the short journey between the ferry or the Seaplane to and from Oarsman’s Bay Lodge
What are the Activities available at the Lodge?
There’s so much to do when feel like doing more than lying around, relaxing and soaking in the ambience. When you are feeling ‘active’ you can…
You can purchase Oarsman’s Bay T-Shirts and polo shirts, sulus and caps as a keepsake of your journey. A few essential toiletries are also available from the Bar as well as postcards.
What do I bring for a stay at the Lodge?
Well, one thing that you won’t need is a long sleeve shirt. The climate around Oarsman’s Bay Lodge is so warm and cozy that only warm weather clothes are required. Don’t forget sunglasses, a hat and perhaps a cover-up, since Fiji’s mid-day sun can sometimes be a bit fierce.
Visitors must keep in mind the rules when visiting the villages. There is certain dress code that the ladies should adhere to and these are that women should wear skirts to show a sign of respect to the head of the village.
Don’t forget mosquito repellent for the evenings that you will be spending out under the beautiful stars with your new friends and old mates. Also be sure to make sure that all your documentation is safely stored.
What are the costs for food at Oarsman’s Bay Lodge?
F $ 72.77 per day per Adult – breakfast, lunch and dinner

To enter a country it is a must that you have all the proper documents and items needed by the customs and immigration offices and here in Fiji is no different. A valid passport with proper identification, all the legal documents, your valid drivers license from the country that you are from (i.e. if you are driving) are very necessary. These things are necessary and you must safe keep it in order for you to return back home.
Fiji uses 240 volt 50 Hz AC (Alternating current). The plugs that are available here in Fiji are a 3- prong plug which is also used in Australia and New Zealand. Few of the resorts around (including ours) have converters so it’s best if you get your own converter for your camera and laptops if they are not dual voltage. The converters are also available around many department stores in the travel and luggage section at the airport.
